Summary of essential job functions.
Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibility

  • Provide visionary leadership by developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
  • Lead business development efforts to expand partnerships, funding opportunities, and service offerings
  • Manage financial activities including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Supervise senior leadership team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high performance and accountability
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including board members, community partners, donors, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements relevant to organizational operations
  • Promote organizational growth through innovative programs and initiatives that advance our mission
  • Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and influence

Minimum Requirements

Our ideal candidate will think out of the box, be proactive and take the initiative, have the ability to make quick decisions and work independently, and enjoy a challenge!

  • Proven experience in business management with a focus on strategic planning and organizational leadership
  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience with managing teams and supervising staff effectively
  • Strong background in business development, financial management, and operational oversight
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward common goals
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders and representing the organization publicly
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations efficiently
  • Prior experience in nonprofit or related sectors is mandatory
  • bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
